Staff Accountant

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team! As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in our finance department, supporting various accounting functions and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Performing daily accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Post journal entries and adjusting journal entries.
Balance sheet reconciliations, specifically bank reconciliations.
Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements.
Analyzing financial data and providing insights to management for decision-making.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assisting with audits and tax filings as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.
G.
, QuickBooks, SAP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
$39 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
