VIP is seeking an experience Human Resources, Accounts Receivable, and Administrative Assistant to support a wide range of administrative, technical and executive support tasks.
As an HR/AR Assistant this position is responsible for performing job duties on a professional level and work closely with other HR, Accounting, and Administration team members in supporting designated tasks or geographic regions.

Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable DutiesResponsible for Accounts Receivable collections, which includes contacting clients for payment status, and preparing weekly collection and AR aging reports for managementPrepare and electronically transmit daily cash depositsPost daily client payments in the accounting system, file cash receipt documentation and submit reportsCreate monthly short pay and retention clearing credit memosHuman Resources DutiesAssist with the creation of new business card and placing orders for new hired and existing employees as neededAssist with onboarding of new employees including running and reviewing background checks, coordination applicable reimbursements, responding to questions, and obtaining additional documentation as neededMeet with new hires to complete Form I-9, verify I-90 documentation, submit online E-Verify cases and maintain I-9 files to ensure compliance with USCISConduct Verifications of Employment for the Office of Personnel Management and other vendorsTracking and ensuring timely submission of employee timesheets, running and distributing reports as neededTrack Statement of Work process for contract employees including preparing updating Exhibit A, and keying the change in the HRISAssist with annual Federal reporting preparing processes for VETS-4212, Affirmative Action, and EEO-1, including compiling information, running and auditing reportsMaintain and manage the online employee training system including adding new users, archiving terminated employees and assisting employees navigate the system and its offeringsRunning HR reports and maintain monthly retention/turnover reportsBenefit coding and auditing benefit invoices to ensure accurate trackingOther HR projects or tasks as neededAdministrative DutiesAnswer the Main Office phoneGather, sort, and deliver mailAssist with facility managementMaintain Dun and Bradstreet reports and error resolutionPRA/FOIA Request Tracking and SupportMaintain and distribute various administrative files and reportsOther projects or tasks as neededMinimum Required
Qualifications:
One or more years of experience in Human Resources or related fieldHigh School Diploma or GED requiredAdvanced organizational technical skills- namely in Excel, Word, and other MS Office softwareExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem solving, organizational and analysis skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize multiple duties and bring open issues to successful resolutionPreferred
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fieldAdmin experience in a highly productive environmentThe compensation for this position is $18.
00 to $23.
00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
