Part Time Funeral Home Office Worker

Candidate would be serving part time in office with daily duties to help to serve the families efficiently.
Duties would include but are not limited to greeting people that come in, answering multi-line phones for two funeral homes, scheduling of meetings in office, organization of files, maintaining office supplies needed, general housekeeping/cleaning, assisting on funeral services, visitations, rosaries, etc.
as needed.
Organizing and maintaining filing system is a key point of this position.
Our files are the information source to answer most questions that arise and experience in this area is required.
Ideal candidate would have superior customer service skills and be able to thrive in what can be a hectic environment.
Looking for someone to be self sufficient with the ways things are done and protocols already in place.
Team player mentality is key as we are a family owned funeral home with a small staff that has to work well together.
