We provide CPR training to healthcare and childcare providers in our Sacramento and Yuba City locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer incoming calls and provide information to callers.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Maintain records of office activities and transactions.
Update databases with new information as needed.
